Order Cancellation You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel your order, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number. If your order has already been shipped, you may still cancel it, but you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund.


Refund Policy Return Period: We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a refund, your item must: Be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Include the receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return: Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods.
